This group of medical students operates without the participation of resident physicians. Only teachers and students take full responsibility with patients(consultation, preoperative preparation, hospitalization, surgery, postoperative...). There are opportunities for students interested in surgery and anesthesia. As demonstrated commitment, responsibilities and skills, students are given a small opportunity surgical and anesthetic, as in residency programs.
